How to indulge in fair food without going overboard

What's the author's purpose? The author's purpose is to tell people how to eat smaller portions. Does the author accomplish his/her purpose? Yes, the author talks about different ways to make smaller sizes of food. What ideas do you agree with? I agree that living a healthier life is by eating limited portions. What ideas do you disagree with? I do not disagree with any of the article.What do you not understand? I do not understand why people wait until they're obese to try to do anything about their weight. What Connections can you make with the text? (Self, Text, World) I can make connections of the photo advertising different foods to the article. How can I become a more active participant in my learning? How can I take responsibility for my learning? I could learn to read a lot more and learn words in a book that I do not understand. I take responsibility by knowing what I have to change.
